Time with Friends
I spent some time yesterday with friends. I was supporting them as they went through a court proceeding. It was a fun time for me but a very difficult time for them with the uncertainty of how everything would turn out. I enjoyed it because I always enjoy time with friends no matter what the circumstance. Everything turned out great for them and at the end of the day everyone was excited at what God could do though present circumstances. Good times, and congrats again to my friends on winning their case.

Pastor John, we just wanted to take time and tell you and Pastor Trudy, Thank you from the bottom of our heart for coming yesterday! It meant the world to us. Both of your presence made us feel at peace and we know it made our daughter have the strength and courage to be able to take stand and get through the entire day with out loosing it. She told me she was very overwhelmed with joy to know she had everyone's support. She told me that with all of our support she had, that the feeling of "low self esteem and fear", she had for several years, from the past while she lived in N.Y." has been defeated! Her giant has been lifted and she feels so blessed to be able to finally know the "intimidation she always felt is now gone"! Praise God. You guys are the best! Please know that! Our family feels very blessed to have such precious people at "Gateway", like yourselves to be in our life! God has really blessed us though our family there at Gateway! We can't Thank you guys enough! May God richly bless our family there at "Gateway"! May God bless you always. FYI I left about the same message on Pastor Trudy's myspace as I felt I needed to let you both know exactly how we felt yesterday! You guys are the best people ever!!! We are so blessed to have you guys in our life! Knowing you as you were growing up and now look at you still serving God, not because you have to, it's because you have chose too and were called into Ministry! We are proud of you and your accomplishments! We enjoyed time with you both as well! Our door is always open and you guys can come anytime!!!
I am in complete agreement PJ! You and PT are pretty great people. And the families at Gateway are blessed to have all the pastoral staff. God is wonderful and faithful and I am so glad to hear that the hearing turned out well.
